DOWNLOAD PAGE FORM FILES
You will be required to have Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed
on your computer to view and then print your forms. If you do
not have Adobe Acrobat Reader then you can download it, free of
charge, at the Adobe web site found at the following link:
FORM DOWNLOAD
Please proceed through the following steps for
each form you wish to download.
1. Right click with your mouse on the form you want to download.
2. Left click with your mouse on "Save Target As..."
3. A small window will pop-up asking you where on your computer
you want to save the form file. Navigate to the location on your
computer where you want the file saved. Typically, your computer
will save the form files to the "My Documents" folder.
4. Left click the "Save" button.
5. Repeat these steps for each form you wish to download.
FORM PRINTING
Please proceed through the following steps for
each form you wish to print. Please note that you must have a
working printer installed on your computer in order for the form
to print.
1. Open the form by double-left clicking the form in the location
where you had saved it on your computer.
2. Adobe Acrobat Reader will open and your form will be displayed.
3. Left click on the "File" option on the top menu within Adobe
Acrobat Reader.
4. Left click the "Print" option, which is located approximately
3/4 of the way down the menu bar.
5. Your document will print.
6. Repeat these steps for each form you wish to print.

FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS
Be sure to fully and accurately complete each form then mail the
forms and any other materials required back to Prestige Weddings
as soon as possible.
The sooner all of your materials have been received by Prestige
Weddings the faster your package can be processed.
